Love this store. They always have wonderful clothes and shoes. Friendly staff.

Hit or miss at the store. One time I bought a high chair and once I brought it home I noticed the high chair was really dirty under the padding, dirty under the main tray under the top tray, and husband saw a crack on the inner right side close to where it adjusts the level. It was priced $30 which after bringing it home it wasn't worth $30. Highly suggest to thoroughly look at the items. I do miss the Arden location. Felt like they had better selection especially with clothes and bigger toys.

My husband had a frustrating experience with a staff member this morning who wouldn't even consider accepting a gently used bassinet. He said she seemed lazy and as if she didn't want to help. Poor customer service.

This store is terrible ! Went there looking for a few items,for a 6 year old. All clothing was well worn and high priced. I was going to purchase some shoes, but looked at the bottom of shoes covered in dirt ! Stay away from this store! You might as well go to a thrift store. Please bring back the Arden way store !

This place is great! The staff recently changed and they aren't very interested in helping but still a great store.

How about updating your website like everyone to show you are closed during this pandemic? It would save many of us time and gas after checking to make sure you were open. Even Goodwill has theirs updated. Sorry but this doesn’t show customer care to me.

Brought a bag of baby boy's clothing to sell. They took some of it which was great. My son and I looked around and he eyed on a raincoat. Winter is coming up and $8 was a decent price for a raincoat so I got it for him. I was disappointed when I got home. I checked the raincoat out completely and noticed the the underarmpit and hand of the raincoat was torn. I wanted to return, but threw the tag and receipt away before I did a review on the raincoat. My baby boy's clothing I brought in was in way better condition then the raincoat I bought for my 5 year old. Next time I'm checking the items in the store first before making my final purchase.

I loved the selection in this store! I was able to get 4 new... Yea NEW outfits for each of my kids.. There is soo much to choose from! Only downside is the fact that this store is so great that there are a lot of people selling and trading their belongings so it is a bit chaotic... I really don't mind it as long as I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

I came to sell clothes and I always buy from them. I gave them pretty expensive clothes to only get 1$ per outfit which they'll sell for up 5.50... That's a lot of profit if you ask me. I won't waste my time or money on this place anymore

I absolutely LOVE shopping for my little ones here. From party dresses, snow gear , play clothes and everything in between ... I can always find a great deal! I have been shopping here for over 15 years and keep coming back! The store owner Robin has become a great friend! The store always has new items and the staff is great! Super personable and friendly!

I found everything I needed here so my son could be a book character. I seen that the owner is retiring, and seems as if they want to sell the franchise hopefully someone buys it because it's always a go to for snow stuff or extra things you can keep for your children's at their grandparents.

I sell and they always buy my stuff!!! Enjoy

Based on the reviews I just read I'll pass on visiting this store. The staff is so incredibly rude.Word to the wise (the owner)enough bad reviews will turn good customers away and hurt your business, get it together.nd, I never appreciate it when someone rumples all the clothing I have laundered and ironed. My things were new/like new, The Children's Place, Gap, Old Navy, Hello Kitty, etc. - all very in style and exceptional - they have stuff that thrift stores wouldn't even take

Took bags of stuff inn and left looked like I sold nothing and walked out with ,$70

Funny how picky they try to act on what they take in, when their clothes are in rough shape and way too overpriced. Go to the Carters store a few doors down and pay the same price for better, new clothes. Store is also way too crowded and hard to maneuver in.

I especially love when they have a clearance rack. You really need to know your brands and how much they usually cost elsewhere. Some items are overpriced. But I always find good deals there .

Love the place great for baby stuff, clothes, toys, shoes, swings, strollers, rockers etc it is use stuff but in great condition.

Shoe selection is ok. Clothes selection is not so good. The racks were not organized and sizes were mixed. Employees were ok. I've been here a few times, but prefer the Tracy store.

Its okay, could be better. I brought in decent clothes twice but they didn't take em. I mean they took some for a few cents. Just don't bring your clothes here. I needed to exchange for my babygirl on the way clothes and the clothes they had weren't even as good as the baby boy clothes I had brought in to exchange. Disappointed!. The Once Upon a Child im used to in Houston must have had spoiled me. its not even as good.

I'm happy with the selection here. It's easy to walk out with bags full of clothes for my little ones. One girl working was sweet and friendly but most of the other employees, from my experience going there regularly, are just kind of cold. It's a kids' store for crying out loud, it would just be nice if the employees were a little happier! 😶😃😛

Very picky on what they accept or buy. Prices are ok for baby stuff though.

This place is horrible. I called and asked if they had any 8 panel baby gates in. The lady said they did. I said are you sure? She said yes. I asked her to go check. She was mad I even asked her to. She did and she reassured me that she had several and even gave me the prices. I immediately drove 45 minutes to her store. When I got there they had no idea what I was talking about. The employee called the manager at home because that was the only person on shift when I called. She claimed to have never talked to me. Terrible customer service, I won't be back.

I love this store sooo much but sometimes the prices are much too high. The selection is great and that's where my 3 stars come in. It would be 5 stars if there was a bit more room and a little less costly.

When it comes to budget clothes shopping for kids, this place is REALLY good.Got over 20 items for $100: really good deal, AND got myself 1/2 way towards a 20% discount by signing up for their members program.

Not my favorite store purchased a pair of Jordan’s in the box got home to try them on my baby then noticed it was two left shoes also bought my son the magic track set it’s supposed to come with the tracks and car once again I get home get ready to set up the track and the car wasn’t in the box sooo basically I made a whole trip to once upon a child just for absolutely NOTHING!!!!!

Got my son 4 pairs of shorts and a pair of Jordan's for $33. All the shorts where name brand and in great even near new shape. The shoes are a little rough but there just for him to ball in forSummer league basketball. Not bad for $8.50 though. Place is always great but employees could stand to smile a little and act like they don't mind being there.

Great place to get kids clothing and to take all your old stuff

I took a ton of stuff in and I take good care of my kids clothes. I asked why they didn't take a new toddler suit with tags on it and few dress up shirts and she said because they had stains and holes. I knew she liked and when I asked to to show me she couldn't even find the damn holes. A simple no we don't need it would have been fine. Toys..I buy from there and when my kids outgrow them I bring to sell but no they won't buy it back. And it's not because they have duplicates bc I was browsing and didn't see a single duplo set in there. They give you way less for your stuff and want too much on the floor. What pissed me off is I did buy 1 learning puzzle from the store and it did look like new condition...I was thinking for my son for his birthday, so thankful I decided to open it up tonight. They shrink wrap puzzles and games to make people think their brand new and it's not. The directions have a child coloring all thru it and the learning puzzle has bent ends! I won't be back.
